Job Description:
• Candidates will primarily support the e-Call contact center.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably science.
• Basic typing skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Excellent communication skills.
  o English – must have.
  o Hindi – must have.
  o Regional language (Kannada,Tamil) – At least one.

Shift: 24/7 Contact centre rotational shift including night shifts.

Skills:

• Very good English communication skills.
• Multi-lingual spoken skills with at least 2 of the following English + Hindi, Tamil or Kannada.
• Graduates willing to work in shifts including night shifts.
• Graduates willing to work on both Voice and Non-Voice process.

Educational Qualification:

Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th and UG on Academics, ensure candidates are good basics of Computer Skills
