Roles and Responsibilities
Position Purpose
To manage the project. guide/ train the technical team members. adapt and implement secured SDLC of projects. Co-ordination with vendors/ business users/ other technical counterpart for projects deliverables.
Direct Responsibilities
Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort
Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives
Motivate and inspire team members
Ensure that employees are following policies, information security and privacy
Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
Define tasks and required resources
Allocate project resources
Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule
Track deliverables
Support and direct team
Keep the project manager and product committee informed of task accomplishment, issues and status
Ensure Secure SDLC, documents such as Unit test plan, Code review and VAPT report in place for the projects.
Co-ordinate with production team for release and sanity test.
Contributing Responsibilities
Experience with agile development methodologies including Scrum Experience with multi-threading and concurrency
Encourage creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement
Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the team
Self-Manage priorities and take ownership of deliverables.
Technical & Behavioural Competencies
Proficient with Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C# In depth knowledge and experience with core Microsoft .Net technologies including: ASP.NET, ADO.NET, VB.NET, C#, WCF/Webservices,.NET Framework and SQL Server , Bootstrap, JavaScript etc.
Knowledge of open source technology trend.
10+ years’ experience as an IT professional
3+ years’ supervisory experience in an IT Department
Experience in capital market preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skill.
Decision-making and leadership capabilities
Conflict resolution experience
