Medical Supply and pharmaceutical sales management experience,
· Managing and leading an inside sales team who sells directly to end-user customers (i.e.: Doctors, hospitals).
· Manages a sales team with decisive processes and business systems which are easily scalable.
· Develop and adjust business system and sales process using analytics and analysis to identify workflow gaps, bottlenecks, and pain points to create more efficiency.
· Oversees entire customer lifecycle from lead development to mature customer.
· Experience working with USA companies, US distributors, USA GPOs, and USA Manufacturers.
· Accomplish and over exceed sales goals and cost management.
· Coordinate all territory sales activities including contracts, marketing, and account management.
· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
· Strong ability to execute change management in an agile work environment
· Fluent in the English language both orally and written.
· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
