About the role

We are looking for Transactional Support Officer, who will be responsible for efficient completion of day-to-day activity as per standards and ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned projects / duties.
He/she would need to manage the queries/ first-level escalations related to routine activities and respond effectively within the specified period.
Prepare RCAs, regulatory and other risks to the manager and functional leads as appropriate; contributes to the development and implementation of mitigation or control solutions.
Applies Business strategies/ objectives across the team/ business lines including internal/ external policies and requirements of the regulators with consensus to the SLAs, KRAs and KPIs.
The role holder is primarily responsible to coordinate and expected to work in close collaboration with other functions to ensure the effectiveness of the aligned projects.
Reporting line: Manager – Transaction Support
Scope: Your scope will include (but not limited to) below
Provides transaction support for P2P Support across Vendor Set up, PR Creation, Service entry sheet and manual/urgent payments across users globally.
Uses business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, SAP etc.) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.
Handle routine correspondence and inquiries
Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, documents and emails
Create Purchase Order in consultation with the business
Responsible for Service Delivery to within agreed service level agreement
Manages end to end service requests for stakeholders
What you’ll bring
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree/ Graduate qualification in any discipline
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in handling ( Shared Services Operations, Accounts Payable, Cash and Expense Management functions, P2P domain exposure) preferably in a multinational environment across time zones
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite ( including MS Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience in Accounts Payable & Billing activities
SAP Basic knowledge
Experience in international Operations and virtual working preferred
Good written and comprehension skills
Establish effective working relationships and high standards of service to the senior leader
Flexible to work in different shifts
