Mandatory minimum solid 5 years of experience and in depth knowledge on implementing and operating below middleware platforms, which include configuration, clustering setup, hardening and tuning, on below products:
Oracle WebLogic Server
Oracle BPM
Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition
HTTP servers (IBM HTTP server, Oracle iPlanet server, JBoss web server, IIS)
Basic understanding of below products:
Oracle Warehouse Management
Oracle Transportation management
Strong understanding of platform stacks that middleware runs on, including Unix-variant, Linux-variant and Windows Operating System
Must be able to work independently on the assignments including communicating with end users/ developers/ architects on information gathering and actual implementation
Ability to deal with changing priorities, multi-task, perform under pressure, and be a strong team player
Ability to learn in a fast paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude, passionate on problem solving and willingness in picking up new skillsets

Desired Candidate Profile
– Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting complex multi-tiered application architectures with disparate middleware technologies
– Engage in the maintenance and support activities, which include perform troubleshooting, incident response, and patching in a timely manner
– Work with end users, architects and team lead in developing middleware configurations based on requirements
– In-depth experience with middleware standards and best practices to build hardened and resilient environments
– Evaluate system architecture and make recommendations as required
– Coordinate with vendors and support team on problem resolution, implementation issues and upgrades
– Create and maintain documentation for middleware installations, changes, upgrades and operational maintenance
– Identify and report operational risks to Team Leader/Delivery Manager
– Contribute to the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and availability plans
– Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing activities
