We are looking for energetic candidates to join our branch banking team. The role would be responsible for acquiring corporate clients to enable acquisition of corporate salary accounts by sales managers and sales officers. He/ She must be innovative and good at relationship building with excellent communication skills.
JOB ROLE
Grow the liability base of the bank by deepening relationships of mapped customer base
Responsible for managing existing customers of the bank as well as growing the base by acquiring new to bank customers in the corporate salary segment
Drive and be single point of contact for all critical scenarios
Service clients covering all their banking needs including bank/3rd party products
Enhance product penetration in the mapped customer base
Sell bank and third party products with a view to enhance revenue per client
Conform to SOPs, circulars and KYC processes of the bank
Meeting monthly sales targets for designated accounts
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of mapping key accounts
Ability to communicate well and make presentations to corporates/mass audiences
Local market knowledge
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Very good team player
Ability to liaise with different departments smoothly
Education
Post-graduate (MBA Preferred)
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
