We are looking for seasoned candidates to join our branch banking leadership team. The role would focus on consistent execution of business plan, improving cluster’s performance & developing bench strength consisting of 8 to 12 branches
JOB ROLE
Oversee the operational aspects of branches including distribution operations, customer service, administration and sales
Guide the Branch Managers in assessing local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
Establish the Bank and the brand in the catchment area
Responsible for achieving overall product targets for the Cluster – CASA, Investments, Insurance, Trade Services, and TD & managing group business products like Business Banking products & other assets products (home loan, LAP etc)
Cultivate relationships with individual and corporate customers
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Prior cluster handling experience is preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Impeccable sense of ethics and integrity
Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practises
Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
Results driven and customer focused.
Education
Post-graduate (MBA Preferred)
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
