Drive brand awareness and consideration for Resource Solutions Workforce and Advisory Solutions in India. Inform and execute India marketing and communication strategic initiatives and activities. Identify sales, sponsorship, awards, and collaboration opportunities that will position Resource Solutions as a thought leader and expert in Workforce and Advisory solutions. Drive internal communications and employee engagement activities in India.
Role Summary:
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, APAC, the Marketing Lead, India, will be responsible for building brand presence and reputation in the India market, through the seamless execution of a targeted multi-facet, multi-channel marketing strategy, in line with strategic sales priorities. The role will work closely with the India sales and operations teams to activate sales opportunities, enable client and employee engagement activities and will generate content to fuel the lead-gen marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Strategic sales responsibilities:
Work closely with the India/APAC Sales team to create and execute marketing campaigns and activity that drives new and expands existing business in key target verticals.
Develop sales and marketing collaterals and content in line with identified persona/drivers to drive awareness and consideration within target verticals.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs) with the view to improve quality of MQL and improve user experience.
Maintain Dynamics CRM and Marketo data integrity.
Events, sponsorship & awards:
Identify HR/RPO related sponsorship & awards opportunities for Resource Solutions in India.
Work closely with Operations teams to identify and create content/intel/events designed to drive client engagement and advocacy.
Work with Digital Designers to create all branded assets – invitations, collateral, presentations, merchandise, gifting, video production.
Manage event logistics, & supplier relationships and event ROI reporting.
HR thought leadership content:
Research HR thought leadership verticals and keep abreast of industry trends to support content creation.
Create local client imperative verticals and persona/drivers to enable relevant content creation.
Identify local PR/Trade verticals to enable media coverage for Resource Solutions in India.
Promote internal stakeholders by supporting content/article contributions from local SME’s.
Internal Communications & employee engagement:
Manage internal events, communications and employee engagement activities, go-live announcements, quarterly and annual awards programmes and support global CSR, ED&I local initiatives.
Increase utilisation of internal communications channel (Workplace), support senior leadership posts and ensure messaging is clear and consistent.
Work with Global Internal Communications Manager to ensure RWG group communications reach relevant Resource Solutions stakeholder groups in India
Support Internal HR/TA with EVP, employer branding content and social campaigns
Marketing Administration:
Provide ad-hoc marketing support to Operations teams as needed.
Maintain annual internal & external events calendar.
Ensure shared documents and plans (SharePoint, Teams, Planner) are up to date.
Essential Requirements:
An experienced B2B marketing professional, with 3-5+ years of industry experience.
Someone who has run the entire end-to-end marketing funnel, with an excellent grasp of brand-building and demand gen activities, as well as client-focused campaigns.
Comfortable using a range of tools to execute, measure and report on marketing campaigns, including email platforms, CMS platforms (Marketo preferred).
Track record of leading marketing initiatives to drive tangible business impact, achieving revenue growth within budget.
Competent copywriter, with a flair for adapting to a brand’s unique tone of voice.
Highly organised individual who’s able to juggle multiple competing priorities and demands from different teams.
