CUSTOMER SUCCESS ASSOCIATE (Inbound)
➢ Customer Success Associate would be a single point of contact for each partner so
that our Partner always have someone they can rely on to help them get what they
need.
➢He/she should be coordinating with the outbound Customer Success Team.
➢ He/she should be establishing & growing business & relationship with key
Partner/Customer and managing day to day interaction with assigned partners & customers.
➢ He/she should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business,
technical challenges.
What will you be doing?
➢ Help manage customer, partner & operator of assigned zone/territory.
➢ Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Service, Development Team, etc.)
➢ Help manage daily order execution (Order placement, assignment, delivery &
payments).
➢ Work closely with Partners to ensure they are successful using Repos E-commerce.
➢ Prepare and give reviews to the senior management team.
➢ Onboarding & Training Partners/Operators & Customer on E-commerce
➢ Maintaining Customer/Partner Data
