The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will be responsible for devising and implementing a performance-based marketing plan for affiliate partners. The role will manage identification and acquisition of affiliate partners through online networks and ensure the affiliate delivers the best ROI. The role reports to the Director of Demand Generation and will contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in managing affiliate partners, preferably with a B2B SaaS product company
Strong partnership management, contracting and negotiation skills.
Clear understanding of modern digital marketing tactics, tools, processes, SEO and digital advertising best practices
Experience of website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console
High level of organization and communication skills, creativity, and ‘hands-on’ approach
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
Identify and develop strong relationships with top affiliates partners.
Implement an effective affiliates program and onboard new affiliates to ensure channel partner business targets and revenues are achieved.
Monitor and report on competitors affiliate programs
Re Engage inactive affiliates and deepen relationships with existing ones.
Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliate partners.
Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase performance.
Present reports on relevant program metrics such as number of affiliate partners recruited, conversion rates, number of conversions generated per affiliate etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to achieve collective organizational goals.
