Qualifications/Skills:
University degree or equivalent, an Electronics/Electrical Engineering degree is preferred
Proven track record of account penetration via design win and revenue capture
8+ years technical selling experience required with a strong direct and distribution track record, especially experience in working with customers on product promotion, pricing, forecasting, and analysis
Technical Background and ability to present technical solutions internally and externally
Electronic system knowledge and ability to identify required products in a system
Able to focus on a targeted list of accounts while also driving distribution on rest of market activity
Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, the ability to perform analyses and present results
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Willingness to travel
