What this job can offer you

• Assist new employees with Benefits & Compensation Issues
• Research and respond to questions from employees and management regarding the interpretation of benefit plans
• Resolve & investigate tickets or escalations through Zendesk
• Provides product and transactional support to customers, external employees and prospects
• Assists customers with billing transaction inquiries; assists with tasks including compliance marketing, data preparation, data entry, and assistance with new products and services
• Be able to go from “scout to scale” and actually start things up

What you bring

• An experience in employee welfare benefits
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with team members and external contacts
• Organizational and time management skills to prioritize workloads and meet time sensitive deadlines
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact with associates, clients and vendors at all levels; writes and speaks fluent English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and ability to learn other programs as required

• Team: Payroll & Benefits Client Services
• Location: You need to be available to work within the EMEA timezone
• Start date: As soon as possible
