Job Role: The Business HR will be responsible for 70% into Talent acquisition, On boarding, Employee relations, Talent retention and Engagement, etc

Fill Ratio – Actual Vs Budgeted headcount adherence of fill rate at stores
Compliance to Budget – Actual Vs Budgeted adherence of manpower costs
No of positions hired and retained in the past one year
Employee Life Cycle
Employee On Boarding through HOT – As per Existing KRAs
Employee Engagement at Stores – Performance against objectives as detailed earlier
Exit Management Process – As per existing KRAs Desired Skills and Abilities:
