Planning and monitoring of day to day activity to ensure that KPI agreed in the SLA-OLA is adhered
Ensuring timely negotiation of export documents in-line with LC / payment terms without discrepancy and coordinate with bank for payment against the documents.
Customer Support – Ensuring timely arranging of export documents to customer immediately after the shipment. In case of domestic customer delivering the required services as agreed in the SLA-OLA.
Business Partnering – Supporting the Business in achieving the over business goal by providing the required inputs / MIS.
Review of exiting system / process , identify the gap and cordionate with concerned agencies for system improvement.
Ensure that the company is always protected by complying with all applicable statutory, regulatory and internal policy / guidelines.
Responsible for reviewing, improving and redesigning business processes as part of continuous improvement -Service delivery to Business.
Timely filing of various statutory returns
Education Requirement :
Graduate with post qualification in Finance #Preferably CA/ICWA
Experience Requirement :
At least 10 #15 years experience, out of which RIL experience should not be less than 10 years.
Skills & Competencies :
Knowledge
Knowledge of SAP / Microsoft Office ( Mainly excel )
Knowledge of Accounting Principles, International trade practice , International trade finance , RIL commercial policies
Reasonable Knowledge of Indirect taxes , EXIM processes etc.
Basic commercial knowledge.
