Responsibilities and Duties: –
Train and Supervise the Spa Managers under your cluster in creating an outstanding experience for the customer. Inform staff of job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards, or corporate policies and guidelines.
Prepare daily reports for sales and inventory management.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Assess employee performance and suggest ways to improve. Develop staff service or retail goals and guide staff in goal achievement.
Develop branch-level sales and marketing plans to support overall business strategies.
Customer service management and customer retention
Staff management and retention
Maintenance of spa’s under your cluster, and strict adherence to SOP.
Review daily reports and ensure routine reconciliation of accounts across outlets and clusters
Conduct revenue assurance audits to determine noncompliance with billing and accounting process
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 to ₹35,000.00 /month
Incentives – After Achieving sales Target (5% of total sales)
