Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
– Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
– Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring high levels of customer
satisfaction.
– Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions in
our CRM system.
– Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and implement solutions.
– Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
– Identify opportunities for improving customer service processes and contribute ideas for
enhancements.
– Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve
skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
– Any Graduate will be preferred.
– Previous experience in customer service or support roles is a plus.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Proficient in using CRM tools .
– A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
