Job Purpose:
The position is responsible for all HR Operations, payroll & statutory compliance related activities, PMS, Employee engagement, post recruitment formalities & onboarding, HRIS.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for HR operations, payroll & compliances for all US employees & contractors.
· Ensuring all data entry and accuracy for all personal information of employees in system
· Liaise for payroll with accounting team and other stakeholders
· Ensuring smooth onboarding of all new joiners
· Payroll processing and reconciliation with previous month and main data base to identify differences.
· Preparation of salary summary and bank files post approval of salary.
· Ensuring all salaries are paid on time.
· MIS to be submitted to Management as and when needed.
· Handling employee grievance effectively.
· Spearhead the PMS process and ensure result driven
