Job Description & Role:
Analyze overall sales & performance of the stores. Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales.
Develop business plans & sales strategy. Monitor competition mapping.
Supervise key operations parameters like merchandise mix, base stock level, visual merchandise, training etc
You’ll manage the daily operations of EBO/MBO.
Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
Use information technology to record sales figures, analyze data and forward plan.
Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
Respond to customer complaints and comments, organize special promotions, displays and events
Tour the Stores floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers and identifying or resolving urgent issues.
Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what competitors are doing
initiate changes to improve the business, such as revising opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market.
Deal with other aspects of the business, such as customer service, finance, human resources, information technology, logistics or marketing – whether you need to do this will depend on the size of the store.
Manage retail operations, distribution & sales for the Franchise and Company owned stores.
Multiple Stores/Store Sales Handling Experience Required
