ResponsibilitiesDesign and update job descriptionsSource potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like StackOverflow and Behance)Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidatesScreen incoming resumes and application formsInterview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning testsAdvertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internallyProvide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managersSend job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefitsMonitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hireParticipate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment eventsCollaborate with managers to identify future hiring needsAct as a consultant to new hires and help them onboardRequirementsProven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar roleFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databasesExperience with sourcing techniquesUnderstanding of referral programsSolid verbal and written communication skillsSound judgementJob Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: Up to ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusYearly bonusExperience:HR: 2 years (Preferred)total work: 2 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 7823957816
