Responsibilities:
a. Timely recruitment of on roll company employees in all units.
b. Conduct training as per training calendar and Audit requirements.
c. Coordinate implementation of new attendance software and learn to process salaries for
company employees.
d. Manage & monitor general administration activities with reference to vehicle & canteen
services in all units (SMI Unit-I, SMI Unit –III & DTA Unit).
e. Timely review of SOP’s and manages welfare activities.
f. Prepare and maintain H.R. MIS s and graphs.
