Job description for the position of HR Manager
We are looking for an HR & Admin to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management. Coordinate training for employee benefits programs.
Respond to human resources-related inquiries.
Assist with payroll processing.
Making letters (Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Appraisal, Relieving etc.)
Employee Engagement Activities Employee Welfare Programs Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation.
Develop and maintain talent management processes.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Activities Monitor employee morale and company culture.
Identify future staffing needs..
Maintain employee personnel records.
Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
Facility Management (Office Equipment Servicing & Maintenance, Housekeeping, Grocery, Stationery etc.)
Skills: Understanding of personnel and compliance records management Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field 3-5 years human resources experience.
