Experience in Human Resource, Payroll, Admin and Compliance related role in medium or large manufacturing set upKnowledge of labour, companies act, and factory related compliancesMarathi and English verbal and written communication skillsExcellent capabilities on Excel and PowerPointCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company and externalAbility to work independently with minimum guidance and self-drivenExcellent decision-making and leadership skills.
