CLIENTS PERSPECTIVE
Create a welcoming and nurturing environment for all clients, visitors through inspiring & motivating the team into action.
Take appointments with clients and check confirmation before 30 minutes. Ensure that the service is rendered on time.
Ensure clients engaged by providing reading materials or interaction during their waiting time.
Oversee the allocation of clients to the appropriate team member in the clinic.
Systematically do follow up calls to all the consulted clients to bring them on board.
Resolve clients complaints with help of the respective clinic team member and dept.
INTERNAL BUSINESS PERSPECTIVE
Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic including opening and closing procedures, staff behaviour attendance and client handling procedures.
To ensure that the clinic is kept clean, tidy and maintain a professional environment at all times.
Ensure merchandizing and visual standards are organized, clean & presentable as per brand norms.
Ensure consistent and thorough execution of all clinic protocols, policies and procedures.
Manage inventory of soft consumables of procedures by maintaining records of stock quantities on hand and ordering replacement items.
Co ordinate with marketing department from HO about several marketing activities
Present monthly presentations and next month plan to Head operations & CEO
LEARNING AND GROWTH PERSPECTIVE
Maximize employee retention by effectively on boarding new employees on attrition, set clear performance expectations, train, coach and develop the team members.
Be well aware of all the procedures & services offered by the clinic to make the consultation process smoother for the client.
Maintain up to date knowledge of Max Hair clinic & competitors in Aesthetics industry.
