1.B2C sales & Marketing2. Generating 3rd party lead generation3. Customer convincing & booking4. File forwarding for final approval.5. Customer grievances handling.6. Target achievement.7. Attend client/customer calls and address their queries/requisitions8. Interpret and translate client/customer needs into rough plans and designs9. Follow up on new sales lead.11. Coordinating between sales team and dealers, distributors.12. Follow up with clients to address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction13. Maintaining records and document14. Preparing MIS reports as per requirement15.
