Find & develop new leads then covert them into customers.
Performs regular visits to qualified prospects & customers.
Self manages various administrative duties of the branch like: Expenses within the budget, weekly reporting to the management about the clients touche, handling lower staff at the branch.
Gives his maximum effort to reach the annual targets.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is a must.
Experience in transport company would be PREFERRED.
Experience as sales manager/project head in previous company(s).
Must be good in Hindi & English.
Good knowledge of computer especially writing mails & using excel foe office work.
Strong communication skills

That means the candidate would be getting a fixed percentage ( as INCENTIVES) of the profits of the work captured by him.
This could be ranging from 5000-12000 per month, as per how sales-driven the candidate is.
