Job RESPONSIBILITIES§ Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization’s needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts§ Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed§ Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested§ Assist in preparing year-end books for audit§ Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for any necessary entities§ Process vendor payments and check requests§ Process employee reimbursements including managing employee credit card charges and reconcile credit card accounts§ Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts as assigned§ Respond to inquiries from staff regarding budgets, deposits, disbursement and grant reporting requests.§ Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule.§ Process payroll and report payroll taxes for the organization * Perform basic office management duties as requested§ Handling statutory and internal auditors queries relating to salesPreparing Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss A/c.Generation of various reports/ statements / MIS as and when required by the ManagementLiaising with statutory auditors, internal auditorsPlanning and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the Rajas MallRole : Accounts ManagerIndustry Type : Retail Industry/ ProductionFunctional Area : Finance & AccountingEmployment Type : Full Time, PermanentRole Category : Accounting & TaxationEducation : UG B.Com / PG in M.Com, MBA-Finance (CA / ICWA- inter –welcome)Key SkillsBalance sheet Profit & Loss Accounting Direct Tax / Finance Sales & General expensesFinancial ManagementRequired CandidateBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. /M.Com/CPA or MBA-Finance5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory roleMust have experience of communicating / sending emails with clients with high accuracy, payment follow ups etcExcellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization· Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results· Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
