Lead advertising/social/sales design at Rain – working directly with the business, marketing, brand, design and category teams on business problems and marketing initiatives.
Lead creative ideation and execution across all Rain online and offline consumer touchpoints – including website & app .In addition, you will lead
creative efforts across all Rain marketing channels – including Print,
Billboards, Digital Ads, Social Media, Newsletters, etc.
Cater to all forms of product representation in our online and offline catalogs.
Oversee the creative process and give guidance to the creative team that works with you
Have a creative vision and come up with innovative ways to elevate the brand.
Ideal Candidate
Has a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Graphic Design and/or 4-6 years of experience in the field of graphic design
Hands-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development
Ability to contribute to Content creation in the short form
Understanding of how ads work on Social Media
Brainstorm new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns, and marketing messages.
Fluent at using design software to create static as well as subtle motion graphics.
Has creative vision and ability to inspire others. Should be able to present and advocate his/her creative ideas.
Has high levels of ownership and drive.
Seeks excellence, not perfection.
Is keenly interested and up-to-date with the latest in marketing, branding, and social media.
