Qualification required: Graduate /Postgraduate
Experience required: 1 year
Skill Sets required: Good communication, System knowledge in excel, word, and PowerPoint. Language fluency in English& Hindi. Willingness to Improve and adapt to changes as and when required in the business area.
Roles & Responsibilities Handle customer queries through emails and resolve issues. Handling customer complaints. Providing proactive customer outreach. Deliver C-Sat as per the company target.
Working Hours: 9am to 6 pm,6 days a week(Saturday and Sunday working ).Week off on a weekday

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
