To regular train the academic team for any gaps in content delivery and result.· To conduct monthly/quarterly audit of set academic parameters.
· To guide the campuses for corrective action to ensure all the audit parameters are met.
· To monitor and ensure all the set audit parameters show consistent improvement after every review.
Create academic delivery process.
· To conduct dip stick survey for understanding the pulse of parents.
· To address concerns pertaining to academic outcomes in consensus with the campuses.
To score 4/5 in the annual PSAT survey.
