Job Role :
Understand Edutech Company journey, mission, values, future outlook, and footprint across India.
Spend time with the HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to get up-to-speed on Topprs offering, its competition, and future outlook.
Carry out at least 4-5 counseling sessions/day with students and their parents at their homes

Become an expert at understanding students experience with Edutech Company and ensure that they are happy with their personalized learning experience.
Manage a portfolio of a large number of students. Watch the revenue you bring in make a widespread impact on Edutech Company business.
Coach and mentor your new team members and help them get up-to-speed with Edutech Company and its counseling process.
Dig deeper and pick a project that matters to Edutech Company and its success. By doing so, youll be solving problems on a pan-India level.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS : MBA/PGDM or B.Tech/BE from recognized institutes. B.Com or Equivalent graduates from reputed colleges can also apply.
2 yrs- 7 years exp. of Business to Consumer (B2C) sales or retention experience is preferable. Freshers can also apply.
Awareness of the subjects taught from classes 5 to 12 across various boards/curriculums globally. Sound knowledge and understanding of the challenges students face in schools/coaching classes is a big plus.
Industry Preferred : Holiday, Timeshare, Insurance, Space selling, Edutech,ecommerce , BPO Outbound, online portals like Matrimony.com, Quikr, Software Industry – where candidates are doing inside sales
CTC : Upto 5 L fixed + variable 3L + laptop allowance Rs 800/m. PF optional. Insurance provided.
Upto max of 15% hike will be provided to a working candidate. Non working candidates need to be negotiable on CTC maybe offered same also as current.
Telesales/Inside sales experience mandatory
Note – Relocation in month of December till then work from home, Policy to use your own Laptop & Anroid phone
Job Duty Hrs – Tuesday fixed weekly off, 6 day working role , weekends are working
Per day 4 Video demonstration calls in lockdown
Immediate joiners preferred, max notice period acceptable is 15 days
Stability in jobs is important
Good communication in English and convincing abilities
Local language knowledge is mandatory
Candidate should have experience in closing the sale not only lead generation
Candidate should be comfortable with extended working hours and long shift timings 12-13 hrs
Must be hardworking, need to call and fix demos themselves, late night, weekend working, 25 demos in a week, 2-3 sales in a week.
