About the Role:
As our first India-based HR Partner, you will be the India lead for HR and Talent Acquisition. You will partner closely with multiple stakeholders including US HR and US Recruiting teams, the General Manager of our India team, and our India Professional Employer Organization.
Your role will include developing and executing best-in-class HR processes and working with recruiting to attract top talent while improving and managing our current India employee experience. You will be responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities with a solution-forward mindset. Identify and assess complex problems for all areas of responsibility
Manage all HR requests and employee relations for all India employees in a timely manner
Consult on projects such as the India Employee Handbook and India Employee Benefits
Provide training and development resources and coordinate remote culture events to drive employee engagement and retention
Serve as a compliance expert for India employment law and serve as lead for the Internal Complaints Committee / POSH Committee
Partner on India Recruiting efforts such as market research, sourcing candidates, resume review, talent pipelining, and interview coordination
Deliver an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience while assuring adherence to recruiting and hiring policies and best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
3+ years of professional Human Resources and/or Recruiting experience
2+ years of India HR statutory compliance experience
Flexibility in partnership with the US-based teams as needed during early morning or late evening hours
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and competing tasks with attention to detail
Proven ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a related discipline
Experience working with a Professional Employer Organization
Experience creating and managing HR and Recruiting programs
Previous experience in a fast-paced, agile environment
