• Responsible for pre-placement, placement, and post-placement procedures
• Create new placement partnerships

• Develop and maintain a relationship with the companies for future placements.

• Assist students in all aspects of the job search including resume writing, interviewing techniques and job openings, mock Interviews
• Has to study or understand students (for Screening) and shortlist students as per vacancies and organize for and conduct interviews
• Schedule and follow up on student interviews with prospective employers.
• Grooming and informing the students regarding the latest requirements in the companies
• Strong relationships with leaders in various functions such as human resources, recruitment
• Maintaining employer database(s).
• Any graduation/post-graduation with a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
