Our offices are also present in the USA, UK, Hong Kong, and Singapore.Weblink: https://quantumitinnovation.com/Hiring for Mein Haus:https://meinhaus.ca/Job description:- Professionals registration and onboarding on Web and Mobile Application- Supporting Professional on their queries related to application and subscription plans- Handling inbound calls for queries related to application and capture request- Maintain List of queries and professional on boarded on daily basis- To handle customer requests and complaints and take it to closure- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint. -determining the cause of the problem- Explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment,following up to ensure resolution- Manages all customer communication with the appropriate level of etiquette, timeliness and professionalismRequirement:- Any graduate with 1-3 year work experience in outbound sales / customer support process in international BPO- Must be good in follow up and interpersonal skills- Should be open to work in a night shift, Canada Shift Timing- Should be very good in communication skills- Willing to learn and adapt new process and skillsIncentives:- Incentive Plan on professional onboardingJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19
