Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Bengaluru. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and bar, ensure high-quality food and beverage service, manage customer service, and train staff. The role also includes managing inventory, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to train and mentor staff effectively
• Experience with budgeting and financial management
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in hotel or resort settings is a plus
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in food & beverage operations in a hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Fluent in Kannada (mandatory), English and Hindi (preferred).
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on approach with a guest-first attitude.
• Must be open to working flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
