JOB DESCRIPTION – General manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General manager to oversee the operations of our healthcare facility or clinic. As a General manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the clinical operations, training, motivating staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and maintaining effective communication with healthcare professionals, Operations team, and supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and Motivate Staff: Utilize your leadership skills to supervise and motivate clinic staff, ensuring they perform their duties efficiently and maintain a positive work environment.
2. Organizational Skills: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to streamline clinic operations and ensure the provision of quality healthcare services.
3. Communication Proficiency: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members, healthcare professionals, and patients.
4. Stay Updated with Emerging Knowledge: Keep abreast of professional and technical emerging knowledge within the healthcare industry to enhance the clinic’s services and practices.
5. Problem-Solving and Multitasking: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring efficient clinic operations.
6. Healthcare Administration Systems: Be proficient in utilizing computer-based healthcare administration systems to streamline record-keeping and management processes.
7. Staff Management: Take charge of hiring, training, and evaluating the performance of staff members, ensuring a skilled and competent workforce.
8. Nursing Experience: Demonstrate proven nursing experience to provide valuable insights and guidance to clinical staff.
9. Teamwork: Display excellent teamwork skills, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients.
10. Clinic Oversight: Oversee clinic operations and staff duties to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to established protocols.
11. Communication with Medical Professionals: Liaise with healthcare professionals to keep them informed about healthcare administered at the clinic and facilitate seamless patient care.
