Responsibilities
We have a vital growth opportunity for a Software QA Manager who wants to join an engaged and dedicated engineering team to lead software quality-assurance for the Cloud based web platforms that attract close to 70 million visitors a year.

Creating and managing a test process and team for the cloud based web platform and Online websites
Collaborating with developers, Ux engineers and Business analysts to design and execute integration and regression tests on software releases
Recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding direct reports
Understand the testing effort by analyzing project requirements.
Estimate and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing.
Assign tasks to all Testing Team members and ensure that all of them have sufficient work in the project.
Develop the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan.
Check / Review the Test Cases documents.
Define a Strategy for a long-term sustainable testing process and technologies, allowing for scalability of testing effort and new technologies being implemented by the business.
Identify Training requirements for team members and organize the training that’s appropriate for their career development plans and/or the project.
Arrange the Hardware and software requirement for the Test Setup.
Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents / artifacts is documented and maintained.
Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization.
Track and prepare the report of testing activities like test testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.
Review various reports prepared by testers.
Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones.
Prepares / updates the metrics dashboard at the end of a phase or at the completion of project.
Qualifications
Ideal candidate should have
Expertise in software quality assurance, test, and integration
A passion for finding bugs and edge cases in complex systems
Interest in building a collaborative team
A degree in engineering or computer science
Practice delivering projects with elements of backend and front end engineering
Understand the performance needs and be able to test the performance of the online systems
Expertise in black box and white box testing
Expertise in preparing datasets, test scenarios preparation and regression analysis
Should have exposure to the state of the art QA methodologies and tools
