Role & Responsibilities:
· Front Desk Operations & Admin activities
· Appointment Handling – Scheduling, Coordination, Booking, Cancelations
· Billing & Cash Management
· Upselling/ upgrading the healthcare packages
· Complaint Management
· Customer Retention
· Customer Relationship Management
Previous Experience:
· Minimum 1.5 years experience in handling the front office and Cash management
· Qualifications & Skills:
· Any HSC/Graduate
· Must know Microsoft Excel
· Must have good communication skills
· Must be presentable
· Must be able to work under stress
· Software Efficiency
