We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and driving brand growth. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for marketing, creativity, and strong analytical skills. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure successful execution of marketing activities that enhance brand awareness and increase customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.).
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop engaging marketing materials, including blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and promotional content.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media channels by scheduling content, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics.
• SEO & SEM: Assist in the development and execution of SEO strategies, including keyword research and optimization. Work with the team to manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
• Market Research: Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and target audiences to identify opportunities for growth and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Analytics & ing: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Event Marketing: Support the planning and execution of promotional events, both online and offline, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, design, and product to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
