Job Description & Summary
A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and ing, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You’ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.
Our Process Improvement and Management team helps identify opportunities and utilise lean methodologies that facilitate process improvement and efficient resource management. As part of our team, you’ll help evaluate existing systems within accounts receivable and payable, financial management and merchandise chargebacks to identify optimisation opportunities.

Activities to be performed:
Understand client ask and deliver process documentation as per the requirement and work on research part as per the industry/Sector
Ensuring high standard of quality in deliverables
Develop clear and detailed process maps based on business requirements
Identify issues and risks
Taking ownership of the assigned tasks.
Consistently demonstrate dynamics of a team player, who understands personal and team roles, contribute to a positive work environment, invest in team bonding, and proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback
Understanding of process improvement
Ability to learn new things or new technology within short span as per business needs
Ability to analyze and interpret information and content
Being proactive and ensuring timely completion of assigned work
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Bachelor’s degree in any
Certification required in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering
Process mapping skills using visio, others (e.g., Lucidchart)
Process improvement tools & techniques (e.g., Lean, Kaizen etc.)
Strong aesthetic and conceptual skills
Ability to collaborate and meet deadlines
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
Ability to comprehend instruction, visualize and convert content into meaningful visual presentation.
Out of box creative thinking, eye for detail and adaptability to new digital technologies
Ability to work independently with no or very little supervision
Experience in Service Design and Service blueprint
