Identify, develop and manage digital opportunities for PwC Tax LoS by leveraging forward looking technology
Job Description
Activities to be performed:
Work closely with Business to identify opportunities in process and data automation
Create short-term and long-term design
Create solution designs and prototypes
Work on both tactical and strategic initiatives leveraging emerging technology
Identify the right set of technology and create product strategy
Work with business to create and own a continuous delivery plan
Work with business team and key stakeholders to define scope, costs and timelines for updating existing products and implementing new products.
Create sustainable and scalable solutions over the long term for tax stakeholders
Oversee Architecture & design of technically robust, flexible and scalable solutions.
Design and Drive the organization from grassroot automation to AI driven solution on sustainable and scalable platform
Drive a culture of innovation
Create clear career paths for team members and help them grow with regular & deep mentoring
Set up the organisation & processes to enable timely delivery of projects with high quality.
Set up best practices for development and champion their adoption.
Requirements
Essential
Must have worked in designing and developing financial solution
At least 12+ years of experience in managing and leading a software engineering team
Strong software development background
Managed platforms
Structured Thinking – Can think clearly under lot of data and make definitive choices along with pros and cons
Industry: Fintech/NBFCs/
Well versed in Software Architecture and Design – should be able to spot flaws in the existing architecture and design.
Work on refactor and re-architecture the code for easier and faster development.
Qualification: BTech
Technology: Has a strong technical knowledge in the following
Intelligent automation
Data Analytics
Full stack development methodology
Microservice architecture
Current technology stack/products to build scalable solutions
Desirable
Exposure to Data lake and Data analytics is highly desirable
Worked in developing Tax technology platforms will be good to have
Product development experience
Exposure to cloud technology, serverless architecture
Worked on Microservices
Product Management, Business Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Technology, Cross-Functional Team Leadership
