You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.
Our Information Technology Security team assists PwC in designing and creating sustainable security solutions to provide foundational capabilities and operational discipline through a focus on enterprise requirements and prioritisation, Information Technology security architecture, and the software development lifecycle.
Job Description:
Endpoint security engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining the infrastructure of security tools and platforms and remediate issues encountered by the various security agents deployed to end user systems associated with the tools. They would be additionally responsible for defining tool specific policies based on firm/customer requirements in the areas of privilege management, malware detection, data-loss prevention and firewall connections etc.

Required Knowledge/Skills:
The candidate must have demonstrated the following through abilities
Administrate and Implement policies/rules on endpoint agents as well as refine security standards.
Utilize Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)-based processes used to support security solutions: Incident Management, Requests Fulfilment, Change Management, Problem Management etc.
Strong understanding of endpoint security solutions including Data Loss Prevention, Privilege management, antivirus and anti-malware products.
Meet SLA’s by processing requests to resolve endpoint security issues with workstation support and end users which also includes exception/exclusion handling.
Work with vendors on providing product updates, bug fixes and managing relations.
Resolve and maintain various endpoint system compliance issues.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Desire to work in a team environment with varying working shifts to provide 24×7 coverage/support.
Resolve complex issues, including through cooperation with vendors and other cross functional teams.
Tune and maintain capabilities of Endpoint security solutions.
Understanding of security technology operational industry standards.

The candidate preferably should have demonstrated the following through abilities
Experience with privilege management tools and policy configuration.
Experience in tool based and manual static/dynamic malware analysis.
Experience with DLP rules configuration and deployments.
Knowledge of risk assessment tools, technologies and methods.
Knowledge of disaster recovery, computer forensic tools, technologies and methods.
Knowledge on CASB Web Application, CASB Reverse Proxies, CASB Cloud API, Shadow IT.
Knowledge of PKI, BYOK, Encryption techniques.
Knowledge of data classification, DRM.
Knowledge of Splunk or any Log Management platform.

CEH/ECSA/CHFI/CCSK
