YOUR MISSION
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring operations for Ecommerce business across 4 warehouses in India.
The role works with the lead of Ecommerce operations and works very closely with warehouse, finance and merchandising team.
The incumbent will also be required to co-ordinate with key customers on appointments, shipment plan and return co-ordination.
The person also plays a crucial role in maintaining relationships with 3PLs, Selling Platforms, Tech Platform and Logistics Partners.
Manage Ecommerce Order Fulfilment from Order creation to Order dispatch
Returns management from returns delivery to Putaway
Responsible to ensure minimal stock reconciliation differences across warehouses
Develop & monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the warehouse operations
Develop & maintain relationships with OMS, WMS Technology partner to create features required to make operations efficient
Responsible for managing relationships with Selling platforms, warehouse service providers.
Achieve operational efficiency by creating new processes & improving existing processes
Ensure optimum capacity utilization of warehouse by designing best-fit layouts of a warehouse, goods/material placement, inventory movement and maintenance of the warehouse
People Development through regular feedbacks, coaching & mentoring, identifying and facilitating training needs etc.
YOUR TALENT
MBA or equivalent
Ability to create routine reports and correspondence
Experience in setting up a warehouse management system for e-commerce
Knowledge in SAP
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in E-commerce warehousing
Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards
Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities
Team player who works productively with wide range of people
Knowledge of logistics, including carriers, shipping policies and procedures
Candidate with experience in handling 3PL and more one than one warehouse will be preferred.
