Provakil is trusted by over 100 companies and 50 law firms to manage different aspects of their legal operations.**What we are looking forWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.The ideal candidate would have to go through various recruitment channels, plan interviews, and host or participate in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.ResponsibilitiesRecruiting and Staffing;Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.Determine selection criteria.Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.Lead employer branding initiatives.Organization Development;Employment and Compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees;Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.Qualification1 to 2.5 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment.We prefer B.tech (EC/CS/IT), BCA, MCA BSC (IT), Any IT technical (Diploma), or MBA Candidates.Well-versed Technical candidates can also apply.Technical SkillsBoolean ExpertiseMicrosoft OfficeSound understanding of recruitment portals ( Naukri, LinkedIn, Hirist, Angelist, etc.)Google WorkspaceOther Personal CharacteristicsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within an organization.Attention to DetailsProblem Solving SkillsInterpersonal SkillsWhy join us?Fast GrowingWe are a fast-growing organization with a 300% Y-o-Y growth in customers and revenue.
