HR RecruiterAbout Us: PromptCloud is a Data as a Service company that helps businesses harness the power of data. Our technology fuels some of the most interesting big data projects in the world. We are a small bunch of people working towards shaping the imminent data-driven future by solving some of its fundamental and toughest challenges.Responsibilities: Work with hiring managers, panel members, and other internal team members to coordinate the recruitment and hiring of the new employee.Develops creative sourcing techniques in getting extraordinary talents.Partners with the external vendors in building hiring talent funnel.Identify recruitment priorities and develops a strategy to fill the openings.Conduct screening, testing, and preliminary interviewing of potential employees.Lead the hiring flow and recruitment process viz. schedule interviews, extend job offers, and finally brings in talent onboard.Ensure any position is closed within 3 weeks.Represent the company in job fairs, recruiting events, and campus drivesAssist in crafting job postings and employment adsCoordinate employee engagement activities, and other HR operational tasks.Requirements: MBA in HR with a Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration or other relevant fields.At least 2+ years of experience in a similar industry, especially hiring for tech roles like software developers and architects.Deep understanding of HR and Talent acquisition practices.Excellent communication skillsHigh degree of business and relationship skillsA seasoned person in attracting, assessing, and acquiring personnel.Familiar with direct sourcingknowledgeable with any ATS system, MS Office, and/or GSuite of products.Proficient with HR and recruitment groupsWe are a 100% remote company and more details on PromptCloud’s culture and how we work can be found in the PC 2.0 Culture Handbook shared here – https://www.promptcloud.com/life-at-promptcloud.Perks: An environment where each employee is celebrated.A one-time home office setup allowance, monthly allowances for internet bills, child care allowance for new mothers/single parents.Half-yearly performance appraisalsFlexible working hoursCompetitive salaryJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per yearBenefits:Flexible scheduleInternet reimbursementWork from homeSchedule:Day shiftFlexible shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Performance bonusExperience:Recruitment: 2 years (Required)IT Recruitment: 2 years (Required)Work Remotely:YesSpeak with the employer+91 0000000000
