About the internship/job:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Performing end to end recruitment cycle 2. Sourcing candidates from job portals i.e Naukri, LinkedIn 3. Conducting telephonic & face to face interviews & coordinating with client to facilitate their interview 4. Understanding the Job description & sourcing the right talent 5. Facilitating joining formalities & exit formalities of an employee 6. Collecting the necessary documents & onboarding the resource to the employee database 7. Performing HR generalist activities 8. Taking HR sessions, grievance handling, issue warning/increment letters
