Order processing and Product Configuration management
Job Description:
8-12 years of Sigma OSS system design, testing, KPI monitoring, troubleshooting and deployments
Strong experience in SMP, DPM systems like Service profile Manager, Service Topology Manager, Order interface, etc.,
Good experience with BSS/OSS solutions specializing in Catalog, CPQ, Order Management, and Provisioning
Gather, document, analyze and implement integration solutions utilizing web services, APIs and SQL statement
Coach, mentor, and transfer knowledge to the team members technically
Should be able to handle the requests like SMP/DPM – Node migrations, Queue restarts, IP address config, New products add/modification, Patch deployment, etc.,
Work with third party applications to ensure best means of message transfers
Manipulate source code to fix data integrity issues or to extend usability of software code.
Troubleshoot environment issues in the technical solution
Identify and report technical risks throughout the life of the project and provides mitigation strategies for those risks
Required to lead a team of client Integration Specialists through the analysis, design, construction, test, and implementation phases of the project.
Participate in the development of documentation and training materials required for each of the products
Ensure all Project assigned deliverables are completed on specification, quality and according to agreed timelines
Fluency in English , written and verbal skills
Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
Collaborative with colleagues and peers at all levels
Willing to work in different shift timings on the need basis.
Prior experience/exposure on SCCD/JIRA tool will be added advantage.
