Overview of the job
Would you like to play a key role for P&G’s business growth as a Product Supply Analyst? You will plan and execute category supply planning by actively connecting with central planners, managing regular supply drumbeat process, communicating supply plans with key business stakeholders, and also ensuring new initiatives readiness. Through daily and weekly operational process, you will contribute to delivering on our customer service target, inventory optimization and cost saving.
Your team
This is a non-management role in which you will play a meaningful role in the core operational planning of the whole supply chain in P&G. You will primarily work with Product Supply team and belong to Sales team, reporting to Product Supply Manager based in Jakarta. You will work closely with multifunction like Marketing, Sales, and external suppliers.
Responsibilities of the role
Accountable for successfully delivering results in customers on a) driving service/OSA, b) cost and cash improvement and commercializing SC improvements.
Responsible for leading the SC relationship with the customer and assessing and translating customer supply chain needs in order to create and deliver the joint value creation plan to ensure deliverables and become the preferred supply.
How success looks like
Your success would be based on operational and project work you’re doing, which would be reviewed quarterly. Your manager would provide full-support through continuous mentoring and coaching.
Responsibilities

Here, you’ll play a part in designing all the bells and whistles (and experienced technology) to make our multimillion-dollar machines, plants, and work processes that make our products. You’ll improve our systems’ capability, safety, and efficiency while reducing costs for our business.
Qualifications
Able to do read data and do analysis, drive root-cause analysis and collaborate with customer and multifunction to execute action plan. Track and validate to drive STT Governance. Sending report for inventory, OSA and SAMBC.
Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 year of experience in supply chain management / logistics. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Strong excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot)
Effective writing and speaking skills in English
Good sense on number, logical thinking, and calculations.
Proactive search skills for solution by engaging relative partner with punctuality and end goal in mind
Capacity to work effectively with a wide range of people, build relationships, be diplomatic, and exhibit sensitivity to and understanding of the dynamics of a sophisticated organization
