Sets strategy and provides leadership for Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development across a key business unit. Responsible for setting the strategy for attracting, sourcing and hiring the right talent for the region. Partners across HR and with the Regional and OU Leaders to ensure successful execution of the talent acquisition strategies. Responsible for adoption of technology platforms for Talent Acquisition and Development.
Qualifications
MBA/ MA in Human Resources Management
