Aslogistics analyst, you will lead the operations and Govern Customs compliance of all our cross-border movements, promote utilization of Customs preferential scheme and collaborate with other P&G supply chain specialists/vendors to build the most driven supply chain.
Your Team
You will report to the Regional I-trade Operations leader. You will be working closely with the regional team in Singapore, local team, suppliers, and partners in Indonesia. You will represent P&G externally in industry associations & collaborate with authorities. Success in the role will require you to help drive business results in AMA East by combining supply chain expertise, strong compliance attitude, creative problem solving, critical thinking, and good communication & collaboration skills to lead market/s assigned in delivering Service, Cash & Cost targets.
Responsibilities of the Role
Control and Governance
Support the control and governance of the import/export operation through periodic review/audits of import/export transactions.
Assist Regional Customs compliance team on Local customs regulations.
Operations
Perform import/export operation work that will not be assigned to 4th Party Logistics Vendors
Work with 4th Party Logistics Vendors in ensuring smooth day-to-day import/export operation and support them as they conduct 1st level troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Own critical metric/Scorecard tracking and root cause analysis, savings and service improvement projects data gathering, analysis, and results supervising.
Assist Lane Manager on reports analyses, issue resolutions, masterplan follow-ups, and audits preparation
System/Capability
If assigned, perform the role of a P&G Key User for SAP (software) and TMS (software application) or other tools
Own Master Data set-up and maintenance
Qualifications
Proficient in English & Bahasa Indonesia (verbal & writing)
Problem Solving – good thinking/analysis, and problem-solving skills. Able to independently capture and sort through data, do analysis, highlight trends, and recommend a solution
Collaboration – Strong interpersonal communication skills and can build a good relationships with internal/external business partners
Systems/Software – Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills. Skill in PowerPoint will be an advantage.
Experience in dealing import/export in Indonesia and use of SAP is an advantage
Has PPJK qualification is a plus
Operates with Discipline – Able to work independently as well as in teams. Can complete work with excellence. Have good follow-through
