in mind a pan India opportunity in near future.
Primarily job responsibilities are listed as under:
1. Lead Management & Conversion: To nurture fresh leads from scratch & take complete ownership singularly till the sign up. Understanding customer requirements, rationalising, benchmarking, closing transactions & nurturing customer relationships during & post construction period.
2. Story Telling: It’s important to convey the right messaging in terms of various products & solutions on offer to the potential client in a timely, effective & efficient manner through available mediums (offline/ online).
3. Pipeline Management
4. Form an understanding of our product offering, customer emotions, sales stages in such transactions, construction technology that Prithu offers, costing elements that affect projects, design sense & building Bye laws for primary
discussions during the sales cycle.
5. Responding to elementary questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, & goal planning
6. Assisting leadership in price/ sales negotiations (wherever you would like leadership to be involved in closure)
7. Coordinating with prospects for property visits, list observations & roll out responses accordingly
8. Share feedback on how to improve our processes, scripts, sales/ marketing
collaterals and product
Age or the prior relevant work experience is not the important criteria. You are the right candidate if:

Education:Graduation in Architecture/ Civil/ Interiors
